Since joining Bajaj Finserv in 2016 as the Head of Group Learning Academy, Anupam has made significant contributions by creating a unified and engaging learning ecosystem across the group’s diversified financial services portfolio. Before Bajaj Finserv, Anupam was the founding Country Manager at the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) India, where he spent over eight years establishing CCL’s presence in the country. His career also includes experience with TMTC, The Alchemist Consulting, Wipro and Tata Steel.
