With over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles and 15 years of dedicated service at Bajaj Finance, he has been instrumental in driving the organization’s growth and innovation.

A firm believer in the early adoption of technology to create long-term business value, Anurag is at the forefront of digital transformation initiatives. He is currently focused on enabling AI use cases across various domains, unlocking multifold efficiencies, and enhancing operational excellence.

Anurag also serves as a Director on the boards of Snapwork Technologies Private Limited and Pennant Technologies Limited, companies where Bajaj Finance is both a strategic partner and investor.

Before joining Bajaj Finance, Anurag had worked extensively with 3i Infotech in development and presales roles.
