With a career spanning over 27 years, Deepak has held leadership roles across business management, sales and distribution, product management and human resources. At the Bajaj Group he managed multiple business roles & was also the Head of Human Resources for Bajaj Finance & later for the Bajaj Finserv Group.

A firm believer in fostering people-centric practices, he emphasizes simple, transparent, and engaging HR strategies to build high-performing teams. Deepak’s career includes experience with American Express, Standard Chartered Bank, and Onida before joining the Bajaj Group.
