Devang Mody joined Bajaj Finance in 2008 and advanced to become the CEO of Bajaj Finserv Health Limited – a health-tech company, in 2019. From the company's popular credit offering – 0% EMI loans for consumer goods and other segments to its EMI cards, Devang has spearheaded numerous significant digital initiatives at Bajaj Finserv.

As the CEO of Bajaj Finserv Health, he created ‘Aarogya Care’ – a unique healthcare product covering health insurance, OPD, labs, and application benefits. Devang is enthusiastic about finding affordable solutions to real-life problems at scale and believes that technology is the enabler in making it a reality. He says, "If passionate people are motivated to achieve objectives, which can impact society positively, we can create a scalable business model.”

Devang is a Chartered Accountant and a Wharton alumnus. Before working with Bajaj Finserv, he worked with General Electric Money, where he held various roles spanning six sigma, cross-sell, product management, and business development. He was also involved in Business Process Re-engineering for customers in the Petrochemical, Cement, and Software services at Ernst & Young.

Maneesh Sharma is the Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Finserv Health Limited. He joined Bajaj Finserv Health in February 2022.

As the Finance Head of this health-tech company, he leads stakeholder management, capital allocation, risk control and management, and process automation. He also heads accounting and taxation, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), statutory compliance, audit and special assignment, as well as business support and decision-making.

Prior to Bajaj, Maneesh led FP&A Asia Pacific for Otis Elevator Co., where he led cost reviews, contract accounting, business evaluations, and more. At Mastek Ltd., he led corporate planning at a group level. As an AVP at Barclays, he was responsible for the overall operation of business functions in India.

Maneesh has over 21 years of experience in financial planning, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and more. He is a CA and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from MDI, Gurgaon.

Anurag Vohra joined Bajaj Finance in 2019, post which he advanced to become the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Bajaj Finserv Health Limited a health-tech company, in 2020. Prior to joining Bajaj Finserv Health Limited, he worked as the CTO of Bajaj Finserv.

As the Chief Technical Officer of Bajaj Finserv Health, he built and released the Bajaj Health App a unique healthcare app with over 2 million downloads. Anurag is an executive leader with over 24 years of experience defining, developing, and releasing software with efficiency and quality. He has a passion and expertise in building product development teams from scratch.

Before joining Bajaj Finserv Health, Anurag worked with Apollo Tele Health Services, One Apollo Group, HealthNet Global as the Chief Technology Officer Hyderabad Area, India. He helped in defining and executing the digital strategy of the Apollo Group. Anurag also developed and deployed solutions using AI/ML to improve customer experience and quality of care, generate market insights, and enable process re-engineering.

Sarita Prakash is the Head of HR at Bajaj Finserv Health Limited, a health-tech company, since 2019. She joined Bajaj Finance Limited in 2018 as an HR Consultant.

As the Head of HR Sarita is responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives. She has a strong background in setting up processes from the ground up and establishing systems for effectiveness and efficacy. Sarita works closely with senior executives and managers to get things done with a strong bias to action.

Before joining Bajaj Finance, she worked with Cerner Corporation for four years as Director, Human Resources.

Nitin Jog is the Head of Analytics and Data at Bajaj Finserv Health Limited since August 2019.

As the head of InsightRx and Salesforce functions, he delivers Salesforce across solutions and engineering, and is the PMO for the business.

He directs and leads business analytics to deliver on requirements across cognitive, data, campaign, and reporting. He also oversees infrastructure and security for the organisation along with ISO audits.

Earlier, Nitin was the Head of the Technology and Network Services business at Bajaj Finserv, where he set up data engineering and analytics layers. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Technology at MU Sigma for nine years and also worked as an Advisory IT Architect at IBM.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Mumbai University. He is an alumnus of the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, DePaul University.

Jayant Kumar is the Business Head of the B2B2C function at Bajaj Finserv Health Limited since May 2021. He leads alliances and partnerships in health-tech for Bajaj Health.

Jayant has more than 19 years of experience in sales and business management. Before joining Bajaj Finserv Health, he led the Health Vertical at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited.

Earlier, he was an angel investor with Inflection Point Ventures. He served as an advisor with EarnWealth Solutions Pvt. Ltd and ran his own management consulting firm. He had also worked with Bharti Airtel Limited, Birla Sun Life, and Tata AIG Life Insurance.

Jaykrishnan C. is the Chief Business Officer – Apps at Bajaj Finserv Health Limited. He joined Bajaj in 2020.

He leads the design, development and product roadmap in line with larger business strategy, practice management (DoctorRx), and consumer (HealthRx). He oversees marketing activities for various business verticals, including social media, SEO/SEM, content, and more, in line with larger business goals.

Prior to Bajaj Finserv Health, he served as the Business Head, EMI Store at Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited and as National Head, Professional Loans at Bajaj Finance Limited.

Prakhar joined Bajaj Finserv Health Limited as the Business Head for ActiveRx in January 2020. He is responsible for devising the overall strategy of the Hospital and Lab Network Management and Health EMI Card for the Company. Prakhar has held multiple leadership roles in business development at Bajaj Finserv.

Before Bajaj, he worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank, DBS Cholamandalam, and GE Countrywide. He is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow, Amity Business School, and Delhi University.
