Sanjiv Bajaj is the Chairman and Managing Director of Bajaj Finserv Limited, the holding company of the financial services businesses of the Bajaj Group, one of India’s oldest and largest conglomerates, with consolidated revenue of over ₹ 1,10,383 crore ($ 13.30 billion) and consolidated profit after tax of over ₹ 8,148 crore ($982 million) for FY2023-24.
Under his leadership, Bajaj Finserv Limited has emerged as one of India’s leading diversified financial services companies with solutions across lending, life insurance, general insurance and investments. With a consumer-first, digital approach and a culture focused on innovation, he has reshaped digital consumer financing in India.

Dr. Naushad Forbes serves as an Independent Director at Bajaj Finserv Limited. He earned his undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. degrees from Stanford University.
Dr. Forbes is the Co-Chairman of Forbes Marshall, India’s leading team engineering and control instrumentation firm. He also chairs the steam engineering companies within the Group.
From 1987-2004, Dr. Forbes served as a consulting professor at Stanford University, where he developed courses on technology in newly industrialising countries. Additionally, he serves on the boards of various educational institutions and publicly listed companies.
The National Committees on Higher Education, Innovation, Technology, and International Business were presided over by Dr. Forbes, who has been an active member of CII for a long time. Dr. Forbes was President of CII from 2016-2017.

A N Roy (born on 15 May,1950) is a distinguished former civil servant, having served in the Indian Police Service in Maharashtra and Govt of India for over 38 years. He held a wide variety of assignments both in Maharashtra and under the Central government including Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad, Pune and Mumbai. He retired as Director General of Police, Maharashtra.
While in service, he headed the operations of the elite Special Protection Group, looking after the proximate security of the Prime Minister, former PMs and their families. Known popularly as the ‘People's Commissioner’, he set up many citizen-friendly schemes and systems to resolve and fulfil people's problems and expectations like Citizen Facilitation Centres, Mumbai Police Infoline, Elderline, Slum Police Panchayat etc.
He was appointed Advisor to the Governor of Andhra Pradesh when the state was under President's rule in 2014. In that capacity, he discharged the responsibilities as a Minister of many departments of the state like Home, Industry and Commerce, Housing, PWD, Health, Medical Education, Social Welfare. He also dealt with the separation of Andhra Pradesh into two states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and supervised the General Elections of 2014 in both states.
Post-retirement, Roy is engaged in the social/non-profit sector. He runs a not-for-profit company, Vandana Foundation, to support the livelihoods of the poorest of poor in urban and rural areas.

From 2010-2019, he held the position of Citibank India’s CEO. He joined Citibank in 1987 as a 23-year-old and retired from the company in November 2019 after a stellar 32-year career in banking.
