We aim to make graduates, especially first-generation graduates, employable in the financial services industry through our self-implemented program.
BEYOND
A customised Certificate Programme in Banking, Finance, and Insurance
Under BEYOND, the company conducts a customised 100-hour certification programme in Banking, Finance, and Insurance (CPBFI) for final-year undergraduate students.
It comprehensively covers all aspects of employability, i.e., attitude, skills, and knowledge, and unlike conventional skilling programmes, prepares the participants for more than ten roles in the financial services industry.
The programme also produces a unique talent pool of 'industry-trained graduates' for the entire BFSI sector, providing an advantageous cost-to-productivity ratio compared to their traditional target markets. The Group developed the programme's curriculum and pedagogy by collaborating with a leading management school and subject-matter specialists in the mental health space. The learners are trained for the professional world through rigorous 100-hour training sessions that cover industry readiness topics like attitude, ability, knowledge, and soft skill development.
Additionally, industry recruiters perform a round of mock interviews with the students so they can experience a corporate hiring procedure and get feedback on how prepared they are for the industry. This programme is available for a nominal fee, with the Group covering the remaining expenses.
