    • Unclaimed Dividend

    Pursuant to the provision of the Companies Act, 2013, any dividend amount that remains unclaimed for the period of seven years will get transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) administered by Central Government of India.

    To verify details of unpaid and unclaimed amounts lying with the Company as on 31 March 2024 and of the shares liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority due to dividend remaining unpaid for last seven consecutive years-
